If you have an Amazon Echo, you can control your Chrome browser using the Alexa skill. To use this skill, you’ll need a Chrome extension and an Alexa skill. You can find the skills for both in the Amazon marketplace, and you can then enable them. To get started, you’ll need to link your account to your Amazon account and activate the Chrome extension. Then, follow the steps to enable the skill.
To install the browser extension, go to your system’s home screen and click on the menu icon. This menu contains a number of options, and some of them will lead you to the Amazon Alexa website. Other menu items will take you to instructions for using Alexa on Windows. Finally, be sure to sign in to your Amazon account to activate the extension. It will prompt you to enter your password before allowing you to begin using the browser extension.
Next, navigate to your Amazon account. You’ll need your username and password to log in. You can also create a new account if you don’t already have one. After you’ve created your account, go to the Settings option in the left sidebar of the Amazon website. You may be able to find this option by zooming out in your browser window or clicking the “Set up new device” link. Once you’ve completed these steps, you can start using your Alexa device.
